1. Creative License & Virtual Nature
All visual content, portraits of Maya, written guides, and coordinate lists presented on ItsMayaTravels are digital assets generated using AI technologies. The site acts as a creative travel-editorial showcase and lead-generation portal. The travel stories are for promotional and inspiration purposes, not legal guarantees.
2. B2C Club & Information Use
By joining the Travel Club, you agree to receive digital travel itineraries and newsletters. You acknowledge that itineraries represent digital art/ideas, and it is your responsibility to verify travel routes, local hotel bookings, and safety conditions independently.
3. B2B Partnerships & Copyright
B2B partnership submissions represent requests for visual content licensing. All digital portrait files of Maya are protected under copyright. Partners cannot claim rights over the base virtual character "Maya" or use her model files outside the terms specified in campaign contracts.
